St. Joseph’s Day is truly a holiday we can get behind… heavenly pastry, good celebrations, and delicious food. Now we’re talking!

Jim and I popped into one of our favorite sweet shops, Sweet Indulgence, to pick up a few zeppole cupcakes in honor of the holiday. We walked in shortly after opening and Kerri’s famous Zeppole Cupcakes were flying off the shelf! Smart people!

Jim and I had the pleasure of capturing Ryan + Carter’s newborn session a few weeks back.  Of course we’re clearly biased but we think the twins are a couple of the best looking babies around.

It’s been a busy week over here for Jim + I!  On Wednesday we welcomed the newest editions to our extended family – Carter Anderson and Ryan William.  These two handsome men are Jim’s first cousins and he had the honor of being in the labor room after their birth to photograph their first few moments of life.  Proud Mom + Dad are beyond thrilled to have these two little dudes in their lives and we are truly over the moon in L-O-V-E with these two precious bundles of joy! We know we’re biased, but we think they are darn near perfect.

The holiday’s are about one thing for Jim + I – spending lots of time with our family.  As the new year approaches, we’ve had the chance to reflect on the many families we’ve met during 2010 and we couldn’t be happier to have been a part of their lives, if even for just a short period of time.  Happy Holiday’s to all of the wonderful Families we’ve met during 2010… and here’s to all the one we have yet to meet in 2011!

My love of wedding photography is only slightly out shadowed by my adoration of all things baby.  Maternity sessions are such a nice opportunity for Jim and I to meet up with some very excited soon-to-be parents and capture that glow that a pregnant woman has.  And the belly!  Oh how I love the round, beautiful baby belly.  There is something about seeing a baby belly that makes me smile!
