Julee & Pat | Wedding (Quidnessett Country Club: North Kingstown, Rhode Island)
You know that person at a wedding who will not leave the dance floor? The person who boogies and moves and shakes it with everyone coming and going… That was Julee’s new husband Pat. Prior to all of that moving and shaking, Julee and Pat celebrated a beautiful wedding mass at St. Dominic’s Chapel on the campus of Providence College. You may recall their engagement session which took place on PC’s campus as well. It’s only fitting that their ceremony be there as well to complete the circle of meeting, falling in love, getting engaged , and having their wedding at Providence College. During the ceremony there were many touching moments as well a whole lot of laughter, which was just what we anticipated with this couple. The highlight of the ceremony had to be when Pat’s best man Bob was due to turn over the wedding bands to the priest to be blessed before the ring exchange ceremony. Well, Bob was so wrapped up in the moment (that’s the story I’m going with!) that he ever so casually dropped the rings into the vase of Holy Water as opposed to placing them in the Father’s hands. Needless to say, lots of laughter ensued as the rings had to be fished out of the vessel and dried off. As the Priest stated “these rings are extra blessed”. The absolute best part of all of this? We caught ever second with our camera. From the initial drop to the actual retrieval, it’s all laid out below in the panel of images. This may very well be our most favorite set of images to date.
Julee and Pat – it was such a pleasure being a part of your wedding day and we wish you nothing but the utmost happiness in your future as Mr. & Mrs.!
