Jim and I kicked off our 2013 wedding season with Melissa and Charlie’s Providence Biltmore Wedding.  These two certainly know how to throw a party! Everything about their day was just lovely and as usual, The Providence Biltmore put on a fabulous event.  Enjoy your preview, Mr. & Mrs. M!  

There’s nothing better than a crisp, fall afternoon in the park!  Lisa + Anthony took full advantage of the great weather we were having for their engagement session.  These two are probably the cutest couple I’ve ever met (even though I’m pretty sure I’ve said that for just about every couple we’ve met!).  L+A are just so at ease with each other that it made our job extra easy. We can’t wait for their wedding this summer!

In my humble opinion, the best way to cap off a year of weddings is to end by photographing someone whom you just adore.

I’ve known Kristen for close to 10 years so I was beyond thrilled to see her and Jay tie the knot!  In a previous life I was a high school cheerleading coach and Kristen coached a “rival” team. Differences in uniforms aside, we became fast friends and have kept in touch over the years.  Needless to say, Jim and I were thrilled and excited to be a part of their wedding day!

Even though Hurricane Sandy came though town a mere 10 days before their seaside wedding, The Towers were unscathed and the day went on without a hitch.  From Kristen’s stunning dress and fabulous lace Toms to the twinkling lights of the rafters at The Towers, K+J had the perfect day surrounded by their friends and families. To top it off, we were joined by Shanna of House of Lubold Photography as our assistant for the day.  Like I said, it was the best way to end our season.  We wish lots of love and happiness to the new Mr. & Mrs. H!

Any woman who can traipse around a park in sky high shoes and look good while doing it receives my undying admiration because I’m a total klutz and need stay as low to the ground as possible  Between Ashley’s fierce heels and the adorableness of Harris & she together, this is one of our most favorite sessions to date.  Enjoy your preview, guys!
